Welcome to March 2022 update of the VIP Preview Guide for Cresswind Wesley Chapel. As we continue our special VIP Releases prior to public opening, we encourage you to TAKE THE TIME TO CAREFULLY READ THROUGH THIS GUIDE. This will enable you to make the most of your time and opportunity at Cresswind Wesley Chapel. HOW TO USE THIS GUIDE This guide is intended to help you do three things in preparation for the VIP Releases: • Identify the Floorplan(s) that most interest you • Choose the corresponding home exterior style you prefer for that Floorplan(s) • Select potential Homesite(s) location for your new home STEP 1: FLOORPLANS & ELEVATIONS Following the Area Map, the first part of this Guide provides an overview of our ten Floorplans. Each Floorplan NOTE: availability depends on Homesite as the community’s architectural guidelines are designed to create a beautiful streetscape by not allowing the same Home Exteriors next to or across the street from one another. New Home Guides will explain this in their follow-up call. PAGE 2 — the base Floorplan, i.e. the standard configuration showing layout. NOTE: you will see each Floorplan is color-coded Yellow or Blue. The color indicates which Home Collection the plan is in, which will be important when we get to the Site Plan. Included on each Floorplan page is a list of some of the primary Structural Options offered along with a link to “build your home” so you can select & save the options you want. Options can vary based on Homesite, and a New Home Guide will explain this in a follow-up call along with the estimated Structural Option costs. STEP 2: THE SITE PLAN With your preferred Floorplan(s) and Exterior(s) selected, the next step is to determine on which Homesite(s) you are interested in building. The Site Plan is where the color codes come in — Yellow or Blue: • Homesites that are colored Yellow are designed for Floorplans in the Carson Collection. • Homesites that are colored Blue are designed for Floorplans in the Hepburn Collection. Certain Homesites, given their appeal and location within the community, will carry a premium cost. New Home Guides will explain this in their follow-up call and review Homesite details with you. STEP 3: VIP RELEASE The next VIP Release of To-Be-Built Homesites is planned for late March. In order to participate in this release, you will need to be registered on the Interest List by your New Home Guide. We will work with all interested VIPs to provide personal opportunities to preview floorplans, homesites and Founders Club Showcase Homes (see below). Your New Home Guide will discuss this with you during your follow-up call. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION The last part of this guide includes important information such as an overview of the Clubhouse, Community and Home Features as well as estimated monthly HOA fees. On the last page is where you will find a “Schedule a Follow-up Call” link to take the next step and request a follow-up call. On the back page is also a link to the Founders Club Showcase Homes, which is a collection of Move-In Ready homes available for those who would like to close in the next 30-60 days. Please note that these are unique homes, outside either the Carson and Hepburn collections. Your New Home Guide can provide the specifics.
